I just wanted to say thank you for my lovely ivory fold up shoes which i bought from your site a few weeks ago. I wore them for the evening reception of my wedding last weekend and they were soooo comfy! Especially after being in 4 inch heels all day! Everyone commented on how pretty they were- my dress was 3/4 length so shoes were very important! None of my friends had seen fold up shoes before so they were quite a novelty! What was even funnier was that I got comments from a number of male guests, including my new husband, who said they would love a pair if you start doing them in men's sizes, and perhaps more masculine styles too!

Just had to say what fantastic service. Delivered this monrning - couldn't believe it. Please use this as a testimonial. It is refreshing to experience such service in this day and age. Hi again I omitted to also add to my comments that the packaging was also beautiful – it was like opening a special present. I also want to say that I use the keyring’ note’ not for keys but to hang my mobile phone from my handbag or round my neck (I find this makes my mobile phone much more accessible when it rings and it certainly draws lots of comments. I was given such a ‘hanger’ (the silver look handbag) some time ago and I lost it. Whilst I adore my shoes, this is not the thing I was most pleased with. The shoes themselves are available on other websites, but I would now never consider going to any of them. There was an unfortuate mix up with paypal not relaying my details, and when they did, the shoes were out of stock, and took months to arrive back in stock. Whilst this would normally anger me, the help/advice from this website was uncomparable. Reply emails were so fast, and I was treated like a customer rather than just an email address/or a number (like you get with far too many website now.)
In short, thank you for all your help and my gorgeous shoes!! I will be back, as will all my friends!

What a truly amazing surprise - to find a company in this day and age who excel at customer service!
I ordered a handbag hanger as an early Christmas present and, like other people's comments on the website, this arrived on my doormat within 2 days. As if the delivery time was not enough of a surprise, the lovely pink tissue with bow just added that touch of class very rarely seen nowadays.
There was a problem, however, when I opened the package in that the wrong handbag hanger had been received.
Don't get me wrong, I am not complaining about this fact, as within two hours of e-mailing you to advise there was a problem a reply was received - amazing - with a solution to suit us both.
What I mean is nobody is perfect - everyone makes mistakes - but the winning forumla of dealing with prettypinktoes is that any mistake is sorted out quickly - none of the usual e-mails being sent which then fall on deaf ears once they reach the company - but SURPRISE - a solution to the problem.
Can I thank you for providing such a lovely personal service in this usually 'robotic' world. I felt it was important for customers to know that should there be any problems, which I am sure are few and far between, these will be sorted out efficiently and profesionally.
I look forward to using your website again - you are definitely on my favourites list.

You were quick to confirm my orders, quick to advise of an item unfortunately being out of stock (and when it would be back in) and also quick to despatch the orders. I’d ordered way in advance of when I needed the items but your delivery was so rapid. How excited was I when I came home to find my first lovely pink parcel through the letterbox, within two days? The care and attention to detail of the packaging made it feel like someone had sent me a fabulous present and really cheered me up, which is partly why I then placed another order with you!
Everything I ordered was for a friends wedding and they helped to make my day perfect..... All the items received many comments from people who I'm pretty certain will be visiting your site soon. I should have had business cards to hand out on your behalf! Maybe you should include a couple with your orders as I bet everyone recommends you to their friends and family.
I had been struggling to find the perfect pair of white & black shoes to go with my outfit. As I already own a pair of gorgeous and under used white shoes I simply added a pair of Demure Shoe clips (black bows) onto them and hey-presto, they were perfect........and much cheaper than yet another pair of shoes that I have no room for!
I also ordered a pair of Heel Stoppers (with black gems to match my outfit) so I wouldn't get that sinking feeling while stood having pictures taken and they worked a treat too. I was amused to see everyone else tottering about on the grass and trailing tufts of lawn around on their heels while I confidently strode about with my heels looking clean, fresh & coordinated.
By the end of the day I was ready for a sit down because as is always the way, my feet were starting to hurt & get that burning sensation. You should have seen my girlfriends faces when I took out my Sleek Handbag Hanger and popped my bag on it under the table to keep it safe while I changed out of my high heels and into the total comfort of my flat Fold Up Shoes! The After Party Shoes were my godsend that day I can tell you. It meant I could carry on dancing without getting my feet dirty or my bare toes trodden on. The Handbag Hanger was nearly pinched from under my very nose! The girls were all sooooooo jealous of my every single one of my ingenious finds and I know they'll all be ordering items from you, if not for themselves then as Christmas presents. I have just recieved my order of Heel Stoppers and would like to thank you for your excellent service.
I made an original order via PayPal ECheque and promtly recieved a response detailing my delivery date of up to 10 days following clearance of money. I am attending Ladies day at the Races in a weeks time and was concered that the product wouldnt arrive in time so emailed a lady called Tina to see what could be done?
I recieved a lovely response the same day detailing that she had cancelled my order and I could re order using a debit card and my order would be sent out the next day. I did so and emailed back to which I recieved an email again from Tina wishing me a lovely day at the races!
It is so refreshing to recieve lovely customer service and such a personal one at that!

I love the product - i found a really comfortable but quite plain pair of shoes for my wedding (I wasn't going to spoil my day by wearing uncomfortable shoes and the only ones with adornments all seemed to be very high heels!) Last Wednesday 18th June I placed an order with pretty pink toes also sending an email stating that I needed the items by Friday 20th. I am absolutely delighted to say that I received my items first thing Friday morning.
One of the items ordered was heel protectors,therefore, Friday evening I was able to go out and spend the hole evening on grass however, returning home with my heels looking like I had spent the evening on a hard surface.
