I ordered redfoot folding shoes for my sisters for Christmas, unfortunately due to external factors they didn't arrive on time. However, I'm delighted to share such a positive experience I had with Customer Services and can't rate this service high enough. My sisters received their shoes just after Christmas and it was certainly worth the wait! I am very, very pleased with my black and white shoe clips. I am going to a (expensive) formal function where the dress code is black and white. I have loads of plain black shoes, and the shoe clips turn my plain patent peep-toes into shoes worthy of featuring in SATC. I just want to say a massive thank you for saving my feet, I ordered the fold up pumps and asked if you could send them out asap as i was going out and needed them to walk home in! I only ordered them on Thursday and they were waiting for me on the Saturday just in time for my Sat night out!

Hi, I just wanted to pass on a tip with regard to the keyfinders. I have a keyfinder on every bunch of keys I have, including at work, where I have to carry keys around literally all the time (lots of doors to unlock!). I like to wear skirts and they often don't have pockets, but I have found that, even if I am not wearing a belt, I can hang the keys from my waistband (with the finder on the inside) without any problems. I still have my hands free and my keys are with me and easy to get at. It is such a relief that I wanted to pass it on to other keyfinder owners.
