If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product/s or have any other complaints about them, or wish to exchange or return your item, please email us first to inform us of your intentions. There will no a admin/postage fee to exchange goods, please email for costs. Returned items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order unworn and in the original packaging. Either a refund, exchange or credit note will be provided at the Company's discretion. If your goods prove to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or full refund as requested if the goods have not been used. Please return proof of purchase with the returned goods. Unfortunately postage and packing costs cannot be refunded

Pretty Pink Toes Lingerie/Swimear/Clubwear Returns Policy
Please carefully check your sizing as we only accept returns that are damaged and can be returned for inspection, we will not accept anything back that has been returned because of sizing or fitting. There is a Sizing chart at the bottom of every lingerie/Swimwear/Clubwear page.
