If you are not satisfied with the quality of your product/s or have any other complaints about them, or wish to exchange or return your item, please email us first to inform us of your intentions. There will no a admin/postage fee to exchange goods, please email for costs. Returned items will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order unworn and in the original packaging. Either a refund, exchnage or credit note will be provided at the Company's discretion. If your goods prove to be faulty, we will provide an exchange or full refund as requested if the goods have not been used. Please return proof of purchase with the returned goods. Unfortunately postage and packing costs cannot be refunded

Return the footwear to us unworn and in the orginal packaging. Either a refund or credit note will be provided at the Company's discretion. Goods must be returned within 7 days of despatch of order.
If your goods prove to be faulty, or different to those ordered, we will provide an exchange of full refund if:
